Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may vary during:

  • promotional periods

  • product launches

  • high-volume order periods


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on:

  • shipping destination

  • carrier delays

  • weather conditions

  • holidays

  • fulfillment processing times

Typical shipping estimates:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • International: 7–21 business days after shipment

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.


International Shipping

El Tenny™ currently ships to select international locations.

International customers are responsible for:

  • customs fees

  • import duties

  • taxes

  • VAT charges

  • additional carrier fees

These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your order total.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

El Tenny™ is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • customs processing

  • weather disruptions

  • incorrect shipping addresses

  • carrier service interruptions

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, El Tenny™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. You may also contact us at support@eltenny.com, and we will do our best to assist you.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.

El Tenny™ is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or re-shipped orders.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damaged item(s)

  • photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work to provide a resolution.
